We supply concrete throughout Rochester, MN, and southeastern Minnesota. Custom concrete mixtures can be made to perfectly suit your job.
Place an Order
Our dispatchers make it easy to place an order. Have the following information available when placing your order:
- Your name
- Company name paying for product
- Phone number at job site
- Any related billing requirements, such as purchase order number or credit card information
Date and Time
Your time is valuable, so we prioritize punctuality with delivery. We will typically arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time when booked a day in advance.
- We require a physical job site address. Also include the nearest intersection.
- Include the city.
Description of the Job
- Basement floor, garage, footing, etc.
Slump and Mix Design
- Use a mix design code and designate the desired slump. Most custom concrete mixes are designed to be a 4” slump.
- Talk with us and we can also recommend the custom concrete mix for your application.
When you order concrete for your job, add 10% extra to allow for settling, uneven sub grade, and spillage. Use an online calculator to determine the quantity that you will need, and round up to the nearest 1/4 yard.
Truck Arrival Intervals
A 20-minute interval between loads is typical if more than a single load is required for the job. You can set the interval to your needs. Talk with our dispatchers and they can help schedule a delivery pace that works for you.
A “Will Call” (W/C) means that you want us to have a truck ready to load the next day and that you will be ready to take delivery at the specified time. However, we will not send the load until you call to release the order on the appointed day.
A “Go” or “Good Order” means that we’ll deliver the load at a specified time unless you call to cancel it at least two hours before delivery.
Tell us if you would like value-added products such as fibers, colors, accelerators, expansion joints, etc.
Prepare the Job Site for Arrival of Concrete Truck(s)
The size of our trucks varies, but here are some truck measurements to help you prepare your job site:
- Length: 35 feet
- Width: 9 feet 6 inches
- Height: 13 feet
- Turn radius: 37 feet
- Maximum chute length: 16 feet
The trucks are very heavy. They will leave tracks on grass and likely crack concrete sidewalks and driveways. Plan accordingly to avoid or minimize any damage.
Clean the Job Site
We do not wash out on a job site. We wash out in boxes attached to our truck. However, if you have a contained washout area that complies with all State of Minnesota regulations, and you instruct us to use that area, we will be happy to comply.
Extreme heat or cold conditions affect your concrete in many ways, including the set time, strength, and slump. Excess wind also influences the rate of evaporation and may increase the chance of spalling or curling edges.

We can also offer pervious concrete. Pervious concrete has high porosity, allowing water to pass directly through. This capability reduces the runoff from a site and allows groundwater recharge. Pervious concrete is used for flatwork applications, in parking areas, areas with light traffic, residential streets, pedestrian walkways, and greenhouses. The high porosity is attained by achieving interconnected void content in the concrete. There is little or no fine aggregate in the mix, and there’s just enough cementitious paste to coat the coarse aggregate particles while preserving the interconnectivity of the voids.
